Help with Seya
Seya helps you quit lust and the habits around it — one daily check-in, a streak built to survive a bad day, and a plan made from your own answers.

Contact us
Email info@rivosystems.comEmail is the fastest way to reach a human. We read everything that comes in and aim to reply within two business days.
It saves a round trip if you mention:
- Your device and iOS version — for example, iPhone 14 on iOS 18.2
- The Seya version, which you'll find at the bottom of Settings
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
Subscription and billing
Seya is a paid subscription. Apple bills it through your App Store account, so Apple is also where it's managed — we can't cancel, change or refund it for you.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Seya → Cancel Subscription. Or open your subscriptions on the App Store directly. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the period you've already paid for runs out.
I'm in a free trial and don't want to be charged
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends — Apple charges the moment it rolls over. The exact length of the trial is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
I paid, but Seya is asking me to subscribe again
That's usually a new phone, a reinstall, or a different Apple Account. Open Seya and tap Restore purchase on the subscription screen, while signed in to the Apple Account you originally bought with. If it still doesn't come back, email us.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us as well if something in the app caused it — that's the kind of thing we want to fix.
Your data
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your streak and history, your plan and your answers, everything you wrote, and your account itself. It is permanent and we can't bring it back afterwards.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — that lives with Apple and has to be cancelled there, otherwise billing continues. The app will point this out before you delete.
What does Seya store about me?
Exactly what is stored, where it lives, who else can see it and how long it's kept is set out in the Privacy Policy. If you want a copy of your data or want to exercise any other right you have under the GDPR, email us and we'll sort it out.
Common questions
I relapsed. Do I lose my whole streak?
Not necessarily. You get two Restores a month. Using one on a relapse keeps your streak exactly where it was — the day doesn't count as a clean day, but the run doesn't break. Without a Restore, the streak starts again from zero.
I forgot to check in yesterday
There's one day of slack. A single missed day can still be covered with a Restore the day after. Leave it longer than that and the streak resets on its own.
My streak or my answers are gone
Email us before you delete and reinstall the app. Reinstalling can clear data that we might otherwise have been able to help you get back.
I'm not getting any notifications
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Seya and make sure Allow Notifications is on. iOS only asks once, so if the permission was declined at some point, this is the only way back.
Do I need an account?
You can go through the questions and use the app without one. Signing in ties your subscription and your progress to you, so they follow you to a new phone.
Is Seya therapy?
No. Seya is a self-help tool, not medical or psychological treatment, and it doesn't replace professional care. If you're in crisis or at risk of hurting yourself, please contact a local emergency service or a healthcare professional — not this inbox.
